Call me for a seasoned Realtor® and began shopping, find a home, make an offer and your offer gets accepted. You are now in contract.

Inform your Senior Mortgage Broker (me) to get the ball rolling.

Sign your upfront disclosures, provide updated paperwork and your appraisal will be ordered.

Your file is submitted to underwriting and your conditional approval comes back. All conditions that are needed are provided and your loan documents are ordered.

Your final loan documents are sent to your title company and the title company will set up an appointment for you to sign them.

Your final signed loan documents go back to the lender for review. Any final conditions needed will be requested.

Your loan funds and you receive your keys after your home records into your name. Usually, all happens on the same day.
